YOUR AGENT.

@domain-first/project-structure

Give Claude Code or Codex the Domain First workflow. Agent skills plan features, scaffold components with df-ps and implement the generated code without breaking the project structure.

01 / INSTALL

Copy the skills into your project.

The skills ship with Project Structure. Install the package, then run df-skills from the project root.

Terminal
npm install --save-dev @domain-first/project-structure
Terminal
npx df-skills

Choose the agents to install for and whether the skills go into the current project or into your home directory. Commit project skills to share them with the team.

02 / AGENTS

One set of skills. Two agents.

Both agents read the same SKILL.md format, so the skills are copied unchanged. Pass flags to skip the prompts, for example in a setup script.

--claude

Installs for Claude Code into .claude/skills.

--codex

Installs for Codex into .agents/skills.

--global

Installs into the home directory instead of the current project.

03 / SKILLS

From a feature request to working code.

The agent picks a skill on its own when the project has domain-first.project-structure.config.json and the request matches. You can also name a skill explicitly.

df-ps-plan-feature

Turns an abstract request such as “let users cancel orders” into a plan: which bounded contexts own what and which components are needed. Nothing is generated before you approve the plan.

df-ps-scaffold

Generates bounded contexts, aggregates, repositories, use cases, endpoints, React modules and more through the df-ps CLI. New files and new dependencies appear only through df-ps.

df-ps-implement

Fills in the generated placeholders: entities and value objects, handler schemas, errors, wiring, REST endpoints, React modules and tests. Checks that bounded contexts stay isolated.

df-ps-project-scripts

Runs the project’s own package.json scripts: Prisma contract emit, migration planning and applying, other codegen. The agent uses your scripts instead of calling the underlying CLIs directly.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

Before creating files, the agent shows a work plan and waits for your approval. Planning, scaffolding and implementing remain separate, reviewable steps.

04 / UPDATE

Upgrade the package, refresh the skills.

Skills evolve together with the CLI. After upgrading Project Structure, run df-skills again: existing df-ps-* folders are replaced with the new versions, and your other skills are left untouched.

Terminal
npx df-skills --claude --codex

Without installing the package, run npx -p @domain-first/project-structure df-skills. Continue with the scaffolder ↗ to see every component the agent can generate.
